One of the more frustrating things about the very popular online free office suite Google Docs is the inability to embed a Youtube video into a Google Doc. You'd think by now there'd be a section along with images, but Google has not seen fit to give us our Christmas wish.


When I ran across this video I had to share. It's a three step process. One thing I would do that wasn't mentioned in the video is to name your Google Slide and your Google Drawing.

Look into Google Classroom so you don't have to share links. It's free. Google is making their money selling Google Chromebooks to the schools. I don't know if this method will worked if your DOE has blocked Youtube for students.
